How to cook "New Year's Pig Salad"
Prepare all the ingredients in advance. Boil the chicken in salted water in advance. Boil carrots until tender, hard-boiled eggs.
Separate the meat from the bones (if you do not use ready-made fillets) and finely chop or disassemble into fibers. Grate the carrots and eggs on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Drain any liquid from the corn.
