How to cook "Mullet in the oven"
1 Peel the mullet, then rinse thoroughly under cold running water and put in a colander. 2 Rinse the brine from the green olives, then chop them coarsely. 3 In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with chopped herbs, herbs, salt, black pepper and a little olive oil. 4 Grease a baking sheet with oil and sprinkle some of the aromatic breadcrumbs mixture on the bottom. 5 Grate mullet with salt and black pepper, roll in a fragrant mixture of breadcrumbs, place in one layer on a baking sheet and gently pour white wine on the bottom of the baking sheet. 6 Sprinkle the fish with the still flavored breadcrumbs mixture, lay out the green olives, sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. 7 Place a baking sheet with fish in a hot oven preheated to 190 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, turn on the "Convection Grill" function so that the fish is not too dry. 8 Serve the mullet baked in breadcrumbs with hot green olives, lemon slices and boiled vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
