How to make Sour Milk Pancakes
1 In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. 2 In a medium bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil and sour milk with a fork. 3 Pour milk mixture into a bowl with dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a smooth batter is obtained. 4 Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brush with a little oil. 5 Pour one ladle of dough into the pan, spread evenly over the pan and bake the pancakes on each side for 1-2 minutes. 6 Serve the pancakes hot or warm, with a topping of your choice.
