- Lettuce leaves - 150 Grams
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
- Jerusalem artichoke - 70 Grams
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons (2 tbsp. l. for frying onions, 1 tbsp. l. in dressing)
- Mild mustard - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Tomato - 1 Piece
How to cook "Warm salad of champignons with Jerusalem artichoke"
Peel the onions, wash and cut into half rings. Place in a skillet.
Pour in olive oil or sunflower oil and fry until golden brown.
Peel the champignons and cut into slices. Add to the skillet with the onion.
Fry mushrooms and onions, stirring, for 6-7 minutes until tender.
Wash lettuce leaves, dry and put on a plate.
Put the fried mushrooms with onions on the salad.
Pour olive or sunflower oil, soy sauce into a bowl, add mustard. Choose the sharpness of the mustard yourself.
Stir all ingredients. The salad dressing is ready.
Pour the dressing over the mushrooms, onions and salad. Arrange the sliced tomato and sliced Jerusalem artichoke.
Boil a hard boiled egg, refrigerate, peel and chop. Decorate the salad.
Salad ready. Serve warm.
