Prepare all the ingredients you need.
For the filling, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and rice flour until smooth.
Combine egg, sour cream, sugar and baking soda.
Add soft butter and beat until smooth.
Add flour and knead to a soft dough.
Divide the dough and roll into walnut-sized balls.
Roll into oval cakes.
Add the filling.
Fold the dough in half. Press the edges down with the teeth of a fork.
