How to make Potato Shrimp Croquettes
Boil potatoes until tender. Then, mash it. Fry chopped onions in oil until tender.
Boil the shrimps in boiling water with seasoning for 2-4 minutes. Then cool and clean them.
Combine shrimp with mashed potatoes, onions, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Stir the mixture.
Form into croquettes (balls) from the puree. Dip them in an egg, beaten with water, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the croquettes in a large amount of oil in a skillet or deep-fry. Enjoy your meal!
