How to cook "Ginger Pork with Apples and Onions"
Wash the pork pulp and cut into pieces. I had a neck.
Peel the ginger root, wash and grate on a fine grater. Place in a bowl of meat and two tablespoons of soy sauce. Toss the pork with ginger and soy sauce. Let the meat marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Then put the pork in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in the sunflower oil and lightly fry.
Peel, wash and chop one large onion. Add to a saucepan with meat and fry covered for 5-6 minutes, stir.
Then you can cook such pork in two ways. Pour water (300 ml) into a saucepan, add two more tablespoons of soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Place a saucepan on the stove and cook the meat over the lowest heat until tender. You can do the same in the oven. After one large apple, wash, peel, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Add to the meat and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Add chopped garlic to the finished dish and stir.
Roast pork with ginger and apple is ready. Serve with boiled pasta, mashed potatoes or porridge.
