How to cook "Shurpa Soup"

1 Rinse the meat and cut into large pieces. 2 Peel and chop vegetables, except tomatoes. 3 Pour oil into a cast iron saucepan with a thick bottom and fry the onions until golden brown, add the meat. 4 When the meat is browned on all sides, add 1.5-2 liters of water and simmer for about an hour. 5 Loan add carrots, tomatoes and bell peppers.
