How to cook "Mitloff"
Add the loaf soaked in milk to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Add egg, mustard and finely chopped peppers, sun-dried in oil. Mix well again and beat the minced meat.
Spread the minced meat in an even, centimeter-thick layer on the baking sleeve that has been cut along the length. Place the crumbled feta cheese and chopped green onions in the middle of the path.
Use a sleeve to roll the minced meat into a roll. Lay in a deep shape with the sleeve, lay a couple of bay leaves on top and cover loosely with the edges of the sleeve.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then open the edges of the sleeve, pour the mitlof with juice and brush with salted sour cream. Bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the prepared mitlof to cool slightly under the film and serve. Or cool completely, cut into slices and use as a cold snack.
Combine spices depending on the filling. Dried herbs and all kinds of peppers are great.
