How to make Kyoto Salad
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Beat the egg with a fork with 1 tsp. soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and 0.5 tsp. lemon juice.
Brush a frying pan with olive oil and cook an omelette pancake, frying on both sides.
Cut 2-3 Chinese cabbage leaves and cucumber into strips, chop the green onion into large cubes, cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl and add dry or fresh chili to taste.
Roll the cooled omelette into a roll and cut into 0.5 cm portions.
Prepare the salad dressing: Mix the soy sauce thoroughly with honey, lemon juice and olive oil.
Season the salad with the sauce and let stand for 5-10 minutes, then place on a plate and garnish with pancakes. Pancakes can also be added to the bulk of the salad.
