How to cook Cabbage Schnitzels
1 Wash the cabbage and lightly boil the head of cabbage, dipping it in boiling water for a few minutes. 2 Remove the top leaves and repeat the process. Do this with all the cabbage. 3 Fold the finished cabbage leaves in a rectangular envelope. 4 Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs. 5 Dip the schnitzels in flour, dip in eggs and bread again. 6 Fry the schnitzels in a hot skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown. 7 Place the schnitzels in a baking dish, brush with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes. 8 Bon appetit!
