The amount of mushrooms to your taste, you can immediately make a very large portion, the main thing is that for each mushroom there is a slice of smoked bacon. Inside there is only grated cheese and nothing else, very tasty and juicy, and what a flavor! You can use any spices, but for my taste, they are not needed. See the recipe, try it!

How to cook "Champignons in Bacon Snack"
1. Prepare food. The amount of mushrooms should match the amount of bacon.
2. Wash the mushrooms, carefully remove the legs. Season with salt, pepper and oil.
3. Wrap each mushroom (cap) in bacon. I had a wide bacon, I folded it in half lengthwise. If it unfolds, then fasten it with a toothpick.
4. Fill the mushrooms with cheese.
5. Place the mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
6. Done! The scent is fabulous!
7. Put lettuce leaves on a plate, then mushrooms, decorate with herbs, berries.
