Then add the second part of the flour, the egg and put the dough in the food processor with the hook attachment until it is smooth, this will take about 20 minutes. 4 After all the flour has been added to the dough and it looks smooth, leave to rise straight in the bowl until it expands in volume for 45 minutes. 5 While the oven is warming up to 220 degrees, form loaves of bread on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour and leave for another 20-30 minutes to let out all the air. 6 Then place the baking sheet in the oven. At the bottom of the oven, I put a bowl of water so that the bottom of the loaf does not burn, but you are looking at it in your oven. Bread should be baked for about an hour.
