How to cook "Gourmet cutlets"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Peel the onion, garlic. Wash the peeled vegetables and mushrooms. Chop finely.
In 3 tbsp. l. fry the onion until transparent, then add the mushrooms, fry for another 3-4 minutes and add the garlic last for one minute. Season with a little salt.
Add mushrooms to minced meat, stir.
Cut off the crusts of the bread, punch the flesh with a blender until crumbs. Add bread crumbs, soy and tomato sauces, cream to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly, salt to taste. Let the minced meat stand for 10-15 minutes.
Form patties. The volume of minced meat for one cutlet is about one tablespoon.
Fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until tender, then place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
