How to cook "Creamy sissy mackerel"
Prepare the food you need. Gut the mackerel through the back. To do this, make two cuts with a sharp knife along the ridge from head to tail. Make an incision only to the rib bones. Use kitchen scissors to cut the ridge near the head and tail and pull it out of the fish. Also trim the fins and tail. Gut the fish, remove the black film and rib bones. Rinse the carcass under cold water.
Peel the onion, fry in heated olive oil until transparent. Add frozen vegetables, cook for 2 minutes.
Wash the mushrooms, dry, cut into quarters. Fry with vegetables for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
