3. Then add the finely diced tomatoes to the saucepan. Pour in 1 glass of water and marinade. Also add pepper, a spoonful of salt, sugar and oregano. Add 7 sprigs of thyme. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cut the fish fillets into 1.5 cm cubes. Then place them on a baking sheet. Top with olive oil and salt.
