The canned squid salad is similar in composition and taste to the popular crab stick salad, however, it tastes slightly different. I cook it with mayonnaise, cucumbers, rice and corn. You can safely add other ingredients, for example, herbs, onions, tomatoes.

- Canned Squid - 200 Grams
- Cucumbers - 1-2 Pieces
- Boiled rice - 1 Glass
- Canned Corn - 400 Grams
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Salt, pepper - To taste
How to cook "Canned squid salad"
1 Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes, transfer to a plate. 2 Boil the eggs and cool, then cut into cubes and add to the cucumbers. Drain the canned corn and transfer the contents of the jar to a bowl. 3 Remove the squid from the jar and cut into medium-sized cubes, transfer everything to a bowl and add the boiled rice. 4 Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Stir and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, then serve. 5 Bon appetit!
