- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Medium fat cream - 300 grams
- Tarragon fresh, chopped - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Mashed Potato Soup with Mushrooms"
1 Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season the steak with salt and pepper and fry on both sides until golden brown. Each side will take three minutes. After that, the steak must be wrapped in foil and set aside. 2 In a deep frying pan or in a saucepan, fry the chopped onions and garlic until golden brown, then add the chopped mushrooms and simmer until they become soft. 3 Add flour to the vegetable mixture and mix everything thoroughly, then add the vegetable broth, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil. 4 Cut the potatoes into cubes and add the potatoes as soon as the mixture boils. Cut the steak into small pieces and send to the pan.
