How to cook "meatballs"

1 Prepare the gravy first. Preheat a skillet, add vegetable oil and fry the peeled garlic and red pepper in it. 2 Place the tomatoes in a blender bowl and chop until smooth. Add to the pan with the garlic. 3 Add tomato paste, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 4 While the gravy is cooking, make the meatballs. Add grated cheese, oregano, and finely chopped parsley to the turkey mince. 5 Mix the breadcrumbs with milk and egg, mix thoroughly. 6 Combine the minced meat and milk-egg mixture, salt and pepper. Next, you need to knead a dense and elastic minced meat. 7 With wet hands, shape the minced meat into round balls. Gently add the meatballs to the skillet and the gravy. 8 Simmer the meatballs in the gravy for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle basil on top when serving.
