How to make Sweet Pumpkin Casserole
Cut the cold rolls into small pieces into a baking dish. Lubricate the bottom with oil first.
Make the filling by mixing sugar with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, condensed milk, and salt. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
For sprinkling, mix sugar with flour, chopped nuts and melted butter. Stir the mixture thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Pour half of the mixture over the pumpkin.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then add the remaining topping and optional pecans and frosting.
