I cooked such jellied meat in a slow cooker, but it can be perfectly cooked in a regular saucepan. You just need to cook on the lowest possible heat so that it turns out transparent. Not a single festive table on the New Year can do without this dish. Serve these hilarious, funny piglets with horseradish, mustard, ketchup. And one more secret. I do not like it when frozen fat lies on the jelly. Therefore, I put the pot of broth in the cold. When the fat hardens, I take it off. One clear broth remains in the saucepan. I fill them with meat and jellied meat, which is always transparent, like a tear.

How to cook "Jellied" Piglets "
Scrape and wash the pork leg thoroughly, cut it in two so that it fits in the pan. Wash the beef well too.
Place the pork leg and beef in a multicooker bowl and add water. If you have homemade chicken drumsticks that take a long time to cook, add them to the leg and beef. And if a regular broiler, then do not put it in yet.
Turn on the multicooker to the "Extinguishing" mode. After two hours of cooking, open the pot.
Add carrots, onions, bay leaves and peppercorns to the broth. Continue cooking for another 2.5 hours until the meat is cooked through.
When the leg and beef are almost done, add the washed chicken drumsticks. Salt aspic to taste and cook for another 30-40 minutes. Then remove the boiled meat from the pan.
Strain the broth.
I throw away the pork legs. If you like, you can leave. But I only take beef and chicken. I remove grease, films, bones and skin. I leave only the pulp, which I chop finely and put on plates.
I put chopped garlic in each plate.
Prepare "parts" for the piglets. Hard boil the eggs, refrigerate and peel. Make piglets, ears and tails from sausages. From peppercorns - eyes. Cut out the flowers to decorate the carrots.
Collect the piglets with a toothpick and place in plates on the meat. Decorate the jelly with flowers and parsley.
Pour the broth into the meat with the piglets and place in the cold until it solidifies.
