- Champignons - 230 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Beef Broth - 1.5 Cups
- Butter - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 1/4 Cup
- Sour cream - 1.5 Glasses
How to cook "Beef stroganoff with mushrooms"
1 Wash the beef and cut into small pieces across the grain. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices, chop the garlic. 2 Heat a skillet with butter, add onions, mushrooms and garlic. Fry until the liquid evaporates and transfer to a plate. 3 Return the pan to the heat and pour in a glass of broth, salt and add beef, simmer for 20 minutes. 4 Mix the remaining broth with flour, pour the mixture into the pan, add the mushrooms and onions and bring to a boil. 5 Immediately after boiling, add sour cream, heat for another 1 minute and turn off. 6 Serve the egg noodle platter and garnish with herbs, bon appetit!
