For the correct consistency of this cake, a thickened cream is used. I am preparing this cake with Cointreau liqueur, it has a very strong and pleasant orange flavor. But you can cook without it. Chocolate can be replaced with Nutella or any other chocolate paste.

How to make "Open Cake"
1 Grind cookies until finely crumbled, combine with melted butter and stir. 2 Tamp the mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate in the refrigerator. 3 Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and cool to room temperature. 4 Whisk the cream cheese with a blender until smooth with the powdered sugar. Add condensed milk and continue whisking. Pour gelatin into the mixture. 5 Divide the curd into two equal portions. Add melted chocolate and hazelnuts to one, and orange zest, juice and liquor, if using, to the other. 6 The mixture should be thick, but if it is a little thin, refrigerate for a few minutes until slightly thickened. 7 Place the orange layer on the base and then the chocolate layer. Cover with cling film and refrigerate until solid. 8 Decorate the cake with grated chocolate, orange zest and whipped cream. 9 Enjoy your tea!
