How to cook "Dessert" Anna Pavlova "
1 Whisk the whites at room temperature with a mixer until they become stable foam, then add the sugar mixed with vanilla sugar in small portions, without interrupting the whisk. 2 Beat the whites for another 3-5 minutes until a thick, shiny mass is obtained. Add vinegar and starch, mix thoroughly. Draw a circle on baking paper, flip the paper over, and lay out the meringue to form a rim. 3 Send in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the meringue to cool completely. 4 Whisk the chilled cream, icing sugar and vanilla sugar in a cold bowl with a mixer until crisp peaks. On a completely cooled meringue, apply whipped cream, garnish with fruits and berries on top. 5 Garnish with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
