- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Cottage cheese - 100 grams
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Milk - 50 Milliliters
- Hard cheese - 30 Grams
- Parsley - To taste
- Spices - To taste (salt, pepper, dry basil)
How to make Diet Lasagna
Grease a baking dish with oil. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices and place in the first layer in a mold.
Chop the parsley finely and mix with the curd, salt, pepper, basil and minced garlic. Pour in milk and stir.
Brush the zucchini with the curd mixture. Chop pepper and tomato finely and lay out in the next layer.
Spread the remaining curd mass evenly.
Cover the filling with the remaining zucchini slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
