How to make a French Toast Cheeseburger
Combine the ground beef with finely chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and beat the minced meat.
Form three flat cutlets and sauté them in vegetable oil until tender. Press down on the cutlets with a spatula during frying so that they do not lose their flat shape.
Place a slice of cheese on top of a slice of toast bread. Cheddar or mozzarella are good options. Fans of savory dishes can grease it with a slice of cheese and bread. Press down lightly on the sandwich, making it flatter. Repeat the process with the remaining patties.
