Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil the rice until half cooked.
Peel the cabbage, wash and chop finely. Remember a little with your hands.
Peel the onion, wash, chop finely and fry in olive oil until transparent. Add to the cabbage.
Also add minced meat and rice. Mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease the mold with olive oil and put the prepared mass in it in a thick layer.
