We start by preparing the main ingredients.
Sift the flour, chop the cold margarine with a knife and grind it with flour to a crumb state.
Drive the egg into a glass of cold water, add salt and vinegar, mix everything well.
Pour the margarine and flour with the egg mixture and start kneading the dough. Roll the finished dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
We take out the dough, roll it out 2-3 times, folding it in several layers. The puff pastry is ready!
