How to make "Eve's Truffle Cake"
1. Put butter in a saucepan and break dark chocolate into pieces, send to water bath and melt, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.
2. Separate the whites from the yolks, add lemon juice to the whites and beat until firm peaks form.
3. Send the yolks to another bowl and add sugar to them, beat until a fluffy light mass is formed.
4. Add the slightly cooled chocolate mass to the whipped yolks, mix.
5. Gently add the whipped egg whites into the dough and stir.
6. Cover a baking dish with parchment and pour the dough into it, send it to an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 40 minutes.
