How to cook "Turkey Steaks with Vegetables"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Cut the eggplants into cubes, cover with water, salt and leave for fifteen minutes. Then drain and rinse.
Preheat a frying pan, add oil. Arrange the steaks, fry on both sides and place in a baking dish.
Combine yogurt, water, and tomato paste. Add vegetables, salt and stir.
Place vegetables on top of the steaks and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for one hour, until tender.
