- Carrots - 1 Piece (small)
- Sweet pepper - 1 Piece
- Cauliflower - 120 grams (boiled until half cooked)
- Cheese - 70 Grams
- Quail egg - 10-12 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
How to make "Quail eggs for breakfast"
Prepare all ingredients. Boil the cauliflower in salted water until half cooked, cover with cold water for a couple of minutes and cool.
Cut onions and carrots into cubes and fry until soft.
Cut the cauliflower inflorescences into several pieces, add to the pan and fry everything together for a few minutes.
Add the diced peppers and continue cooking the vegetables for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add salt to taste and pepper if desired.
Break the eggs into a skillet.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the eggs with fresh herbs before serving.
