Here is a fairly quick, inexpensive and very tasty version of cooking "Mannika" without eggs in a slow cooker. It turns out to be very tender, crumbly and airy, although we do not leave the cereal to swell. In this case, natural yogurt is used, but you can take kefir or sour cream, for example.

For aroma, you can use vanilla, cinnamon, citrus zest. 5 Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a little vegetable oil and lay out the dough. Set the Baking program for 35 minutes. 6 Check the doneness of the cake. Before serving, you can sprinkle the "Mannik" with powdered sugar or coconut, for example. Enjoy your tea!
