I baked this cake for the first time. I really liked the combination of honey and walnuts. Extraordinarily aromatic, fluffy, soft and delicious homemade cakes. Take fat kefir. The pie is quite lean, not counting the eggs. And if you cut it into two or three cakes and layered with cream, you get a wonderful cake.

How to cook "Honey and Nut Pie on Kefir"
Break eggs into a bowl.
Pour in liquid honey.
Whisk eggs, sugar and honey well.
Pour in kefir. Add a level teaspoon of baking soda.
Chop the walnuts and add to the dough.
And add wheat flour at the end. Mix the dough thoroughly.
Place the dough in a greased baking dish. You can use baking paper.
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a dry wooden stick.
