How to cook " Kharcho "(without meat)"

1 Pour water into a saucepan (the amount of water depends on how thick "Kharcho" you want), bring to a boil, add a little salt and add rice, washed several times. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. 2 In a skillet, meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the onion until light golden brown. 3 Add the diced tomatoes and fry over medium heat for another 5 minutes. 4 Place the tomato paste, Tkemali, in the pan, add spices and salt. Mix everything. Transfer to a saucepan after 2 minutes. 5 Boil the soup for 10 minutes over low heat. During this time, dry a little in a dry frying pan and chop the nuts. 6 Put the nuts and chopped herbs in a saucepan, remove from heat after a couple of minutes and leave covered for another 20-30 minutes before serving.
