How to make "Homemade choux pastry dumplings"
Make a dumpling dough. Pour flour into a bowl, add egg, salt and sunflower oil.
Pour in boiling water gradually.
Stir in flour, boiling water, salt, egg, and sunflower oil.
Knead the custard dough and roll it into a ball.
Prepare the minced meat. Add chopped onions to any minced meat (I have pork). Pour in cold, boiled water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then mix thoroughly.
Roll out a portion of the dough into a layer and cut out the circles with any notch. Fill each circle with minced meat.
Pinch the edges of the dough mug and join the opposite ends together. Do this with all the dough and minced meat.
Boil water, salt it a little and put dumplings in a saucepan. After they come up, cook them for 7-8 minutes and take out with a slotted spoon. Can be served at the table.
