How to make Chicken Sorrel Soup
Boil the chicken until tender, remove from the broth, separate the meat from the bones and return back to the broth.
Sauté chopped onions and carrots separately. Add the stir-fry to the soup.
Also lower the chopped potatoes, cook for 10 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add chopped eggs and sorrel to the soup, season with salt. Bring the soup to a boil and turn it off, let it brew.
