How to cook "Beef in a pan with carrots and onions"
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the beef (pulp) into small pieces and send to a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Season to taste, cover the skillet with a lid and sauté the meat over medium heat until golden brown.
Meanwhile, chop the carrots and onions coarsely. Chop the garlic into cubes with a knife.
Once the meat is browned, add the onions and carrots to it. Stir and sauté the beef with carrots and onions until vegetables are tender.
Then add the garlic and fry the meat and vegetables for a couple of minutes.
Add flour, stir and pour in about a little less than a glass of boiling water. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the meat over low heat for about 40 minutes, or until the liquid evaporates.
Then add sour cream, tomato paste, salt and spices. Stir and continue to braise the beef for about 30 minutes. If you prefer, you can add a little more water if you prefer meat in a sauce.
