How to cook "Mimosa salad with canned food and rice"
1 Rinse the rice until the water is clear. Pour water in a ratio of 1 part rice to two parts water and boil. Throw the cooked rice in a colander. 2 Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel, separate the yolks from the whites. Finely chop the whites, and grate the yolks on a fine grater. 3 Peel the apples, grate on a coarse grater and drizzle with lemon juice to avoid browning. 4 Peel, finely chop the onion and mix with the rice. Grate the carrots and rice separately. 5 Open the canned food and drain off excess oil. Chop the fish. I do it right in a tin can with a fork. 6 Collect the salad. Put 1 cm thick rice and onions on the dish in the first layer and brush with mayonnaise. The next layer is fish, which is also smeared with mayonnaise. 7 Put the protein and mayonnaise on the fish. Then the fourth layer - apples and grated cheese, brush with mayonnaise. Then the layers are repeated in the same sequence. Repeat the layers in the salad at least twice. 8 Garnish the salad with grated yolk on top. Place the prepared salad in the refrigerator for several hours, and ideally overnight. 9 Help yourself!
