How to cook "Cottage cheese-orange casserole"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges, pour it into a saucepan and cook semolina porridge on it.
Mash the cottage cheese well with 2 yolks, sugar (set aside a couple of tablespoons) and vanilla sugar.
Mix the prepared semolina porridge with one remaining yolk.
Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, put the curd mass in the first layer.
