How to cook "Autumn Ketchup Sauce"
Prepare food. Wash tomatoes and apples.
Twist the tomatoes and parsley with a meat grinder. Bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes.
Add chopped onions and diced peeled apples. Cook for 25 minutes.
Punch with a blender until smooth, add spices. Tie dill seeds, cloves and black pepper in a gauze bag and dip in a saucepan. Boil until the required thickness, for 30-40 minutes. Add sugar, stir. Pour in the vinegar, bring the sauce to a boil. Remove the spice bag.
Pour the ketchup into sterilized jars, roll up with clean lids. The output of the finished product is 2 liters.
