How to cook "Carp in the oven"
1 Peel the fish, remove the entrails and rinse well. Make several cuts on the surface of the fish. 2 Prepare the marinade by mixing mayonnaise, tartar sauce, soy sauce, fish spice, pepper mix, and salt. Rub the cooked marinade inside and outside the fish. 3 Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
