How to cook "Cheesecakes in sour cream in the oven"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Beat the egg with a fork, salt and sugar.
Mash cottage cheese, add eggs, semolina, sifted flour. Mix everything well and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Then, with wet hands, form cheese cakes, 1 tbsp. l. curd mass each. I roll them a little in flour.
Fry in butter on both sides until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Stir sour cream with cream, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Put the cheesecakes in a baking dish, pour over the filling and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
