How to make Cabbage Salad with Sausage

1 Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cut the sausage into slices and fry on each side for 2 minutes. Place the sausage on a plate and cover with foil to keep it warm. 2 Then whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and water in a bowl. 3 Add the avocado oil to the pan in which the sausage was fried. Put onion and red pepper, simmer over low heat. Season vegetables lightly with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes. 4 Then add half of the cabbage and garlic to the pepper, stir. Cook for about a minute. Add the vinegar-mustard mixture and the remaining cabbage to the skillet and cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove vegetables from heat. 5 Place the cabbage on plates, sprinkle with cumin and green onions, top with the sausage and serve.
