How to make Red Bean and Meat Soup

1 Soak the beans overnight in cold water, then they will swell and cook quickly. 2 Wash the meat and put it in a saucepan with water, put it on fire and bring to a boil, cook over low heat for about 1 hour, skim the resulting foam. 3 Peel and finely chop shallots, garlic. Fry vegetables until golden brown in a hot skillet. 4 After 1 hour, add the contents of the pan and the red beans soaked overnight to the saucepan, cook until the beans are tender (about 40-60 minutes). 5 Peel the carrots and potatoes, then cut into small cubes.
