Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash the fruit well.
Cut off the top of the apple, using a knife or spoon (it is convenient to make a spoon for ice cream balls), remove the core and some pulp to make an apple cup. Set aside the apple pulp and the cut lid.
Cut the deferred apple pulp and plum into small pieces.
Divide the walnut into small pieces and place in a dry frying pan. Fry for 1 minute, then add the apple pulp, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add plum and sugar, stirring constantly, simmer for 3-4 minutes. You will get such a delicious, fruit-nut caramelized mass.
Place the apples in a baking dish and fill with the filling. Pour each apple literally 0.5 tsp. honey, for flavor.
Make puff pastry lids. I decided to make them in the form of a lattice, but if you do not have time, then you can simply cut out circles with a diameter slightly larger than that of an apple. Bake at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes until the dough is pleasantly golden.
