How to make "Puff pastry with cottage cheese"
1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 2 Mix cottage cheese with sugar, eggs and raisins until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps. If necessary, mince the curd before cooking. 3 Defrost the puff pastry and unfold on a board lightly sprinkled with flour. Roll out the dough a little and spread the curd mass evenly over it. 4 Roll the dough into a roll and use a sharp knife to cut into 2 cm wide strips. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5 Whisk the egg and milk and brush over the biscuits. Bake the snails for about 25-30 minutes. Then cool completely and serve. 6 Enjoy your tea!
