For a change, I make this pie with different fruits. Most of all we like manna with orange! This cake is perfect for a light and hearty breakfast or as a dessert for tea. You can combine different types of fruits or berries in a recipe. Good luck!

- Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters
- Orange Juice - 20 Milliliters
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Sugar - 45 Grams
- Semolina - 90 Grams

- Almonds - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon

- Water - 3 Art. spoons (syrup)
- Orange juice - 1/4 Art. spoons (syrup)
How to cook "Delicious manna on the water"
1 In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, eggs and orange juice. 2 In another bowl, combine dry ingredients: sugar, shredded coconut, flour, semolina, chopped almonds, baking powder, and salt. Add the "wet" ingredients and knead the batter. 3 Pour the dough into a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. 4 Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the sugar, water and orange juice. Cook until sugar is dissolved. 5 Pierce the pie while still warm with a toothpick in several places and pour warm syrup on top. Cover the cake with cling film and leave to cool, preferably overnight. 6 Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving. Enjoy your tea!
