- Turkey Breast - 2 Kilograms
- Water - 4 Liters

- Thyme - 1/2 Bunch
- Black pepper - 1 Tbsp. the spoon

How to Cook Oven Turkey Breast Steak
1 Rinse the turkey, place in a large saucepan and cover with brine made from water, salt and sugar. 2 Place the pot in the refrigerator for 12 hours. 3 Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove the breast from the brine, rinse under fresh water and pat dry with paper towels. Brush the turkey with olive oil, rub with salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs and crushed garlic. If you have skinned breasts, be sure to season them under the skin as well. 4 Place the breast skin side down in a large preheated skillet and fry until golden brown. It will take a few minutes. 5 Place the meat on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. 6 Bon appetit!
