An experienced hostess knows how to cook chicken noodles; this recipe is for young, novice cooks. The soup is cooked quickly enough, very easily and with a minimum of ingredients. But this does not mean that it will turn out to be tasteless. This version of chicken noodles is the simplest, I didn't add any vegetables. But chicken broth with meat and noodles perfectly satisfies hunger, and all households like this soup.

- Chicken legs - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vermicelli - 150-200 Grams

- Dill greens - 20 grams
How to cook "Chicken Vermicelli"
Cook chicken broth. Wash the legs, peel the carrots and onions. We put everything in a saucepan and fill it with 1.5 liters of water. I also added parsley stalks for flavor. We put it on the stove.
Before boiling, you can cook the broth over high heat, and when it boils, reduce the heat and collect the foam from the surface of the broth.
The chicken meat is ready, remove the legs from the broth, and strain the broth. We throw away the vegetables.
We separate the meat from the bones, send it to the broth. Add salt, pepper and bay leaves. Bring the broth to a boil.
Add the vermicelli. Cook the soup until the vermicelli is done.
Wash the fresh herbs, chop finely and sprinkle the noodles before serving. Enjoy your meal!
