Beat the whites with sugar. We combine all this with the finished cream and mix thoroughly. 5 Shaping the cake. Cut the biscuit into 2 parts. Lubricate the first with cream and cover with the second part. We put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours so that the cream thickens. 6 To prepare the glaze, melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and mix thoroughly.
